ZebraScapes is a great family-owned and operated business and serves the Quad City Area. I have worked with them on various occasions and all their staff is very professional and respectful. They do beautiful work too!
I see a lot of happy reviews here; I wish that were my experience. To schedule appointments with your client and not notify them that you will not be out there is unacceptable. When the client must contact you to reschedule after two weeks of not hearing from you, that is disappointing. When rescheduled again and no one shows up only to get a phone call nearly 7 hours later to say I have been rescheduled, but that date doesn’t work either but here is the new date…. Frustrated, angry and disappointed probably sums up my experience. When I mentioned my concern for my tree, it was meant with a condescending response and attitude. I contacted Zebra because my tree means something to me and I felt it was worth saving. Clearly it means nothing to you, but saving my tree means something to me.
Thank you for reaching out to me Jason and looking to resolve this matter quickly. It is very much appreciated the effort made and that the company actually cares. Thank you
3rd project: had an Amazon mishap on my hardy wall and ZebraScapes priced it up to repair and add 2- big beautiful boulders! They came out and repaired the damage and added the boulder reinforcement from delivery guys! Love it!!! Thank you!!
2nd project: Raphael headed up a handy wall project for my property, he was very professional and worked with me from beginning to end. They all did a great job and my border wall looks great and is functional, as well!
1st project: Zebrascape’s Manny and Francisco did a great job and even graveled my neighbors property free! They did everything asked for from my purchase order and cleaned up well. I will be getting a few more prices in the near future highly recommended ZebraScape to everyone.
Worked with Ralphael in an artificial turf purchase and it was an amazing experience I appreciate very much.
Ralphael and his crew did an excellent job, in a timely manner, installing a driveway mesh system to hold the gravel in place on a slope. They were on time, worked quickly and efficiently and delivered everything promised. We will happily use them again for future projects. We enjoyed working with these very nice gentlemen and highly recommend them for your landscape projects.
We had Zebrascapes install turf, add some plants, and place a few large boulders for a natural touch—and it completely changed the vibe of our backyard. It feels clean, modern, and way easier to maintain. The team was friendly and kept everything moving smoothly. Really glad we chose them for this project.
We had them come out for turf installation and some much-needed tree trimming. The crew was friendly, efficient, and left everything looking spotless. Our yard’s never looked better, highly recommend!
Zebrascapes trimmed our trees perfectly, clean, safe, and fast. The crew was professional and even gave us tips on tree health. Highly recommend for anyone needing tree care!
Highly recommend Zebrascapes! Oscar and his crew did an amazing job. They took their time, were kind, respectful, and did some amazing work with our backyard. We're excited to be able to enjoy our space thanks to them.
